Gongs or Hammered Gong are a musical instrument used to prepare for meditation, ritual ceromonies in buddhist monasteries in China Tibet, Nepal and its communities, now popular widely for sound therapy, healing and in musical orchestra. There are wide range of gongs produced in world such like Wind Gong, Feng Gong, Nipple etc with various shapes, size and designs. Gongs produces a distinct sound vibration and tones bursting into a wave-like succession of musical tones.
We produce nepalese gongs of various design like 1. A Gong - with plain outer surface, 2. B Gong - with center raised also known as nipple gong and plate gongs like tam-tam of various size range from 18 cm to 50 cm made in bronze and seven metal composition. In gongs we put various ritual signs, motifs, symbols & designs of hand carvings, itching and engraving.
